Austin, TX – A $75 million, 44-story mixed use development of approximately 800,000 SF. The project includes 431 residential units, 635 parking spaces and 14,600 sq.ft of retail space.

3 different designs - All different exterior finishes and all ground up jobs. Provided Project Management duties in addition to Superintendent. All projects in budget and on schedule which averaged from 11 weeks to 120 days.

Sports Complexes*

Spurs Training Facility, San Antonio, TX
38,000 SF pre-engineered metal building – National Basketball Association (NBA) training facility includes gymnasium, weight/workout rooms, treatment rooms, water/sauna areas, conferencing/media centers and offices. Site work package included mass excavation of site for utilities for future medical office building and roadways.

Health Care*

Town and Country Hospital and Medical Office Building, Houston, TX
A four-story, 105-bed, facility that includes eight surgical suites, a full-service emergency center, and will provide services found at most general acute care hospitals. In addition, a full ancillary support services, such as diagnostic imaging, laboratory and pharmacy are provided. The five-story MOB includes tenant build out of the 1st floor diagnostic center and physician practice suites on the second through fifth floors.
