Marshall Bridges
A born and raised Austinite, Marshall attended AISD Summit Elementary, Burnet Middle School, and graduated from Lanier High School in 1973. During this time he was a member of Troop 45 in Austin achieving; Order of the Arrow, God & Country Award, & Youngest Eagle Scout in the Capital Area Council.
After graduation Marshall went into a sole proprietorship business of an Automotive Service Facility on Guadalupe St in Austin, Texas. After a few years bought commercial property on Howard Lane, incorporated, and built the facility that grew into an Automotive Service Organization including ownership of several CARQUEST Auto Parts Stores.
Implemented a bonded Commercial General Contracting firm, and worked primarily for school districts in and around Austin. After several successful years, in light construction, sold the automotive division, and continued until 2000 when an opportunity arose to join a National General Contractor. Worked in the capacity of Senior Superintendent building various types of larger commercial structures including, Medical and Health Care, Sports Complex, Banking Facilities, Churches, Class A Office Renovation, Institutional , Infrastructure and Tenant Improvement.
Currently holds certificates in a number of OSHA Safety Equipment Operations, as well as First Aid, and CPR. He is also pursuing LEED Certification (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) after working on, and completing a number of “green” building projects with the prior contractor.
Has strong pride in effective management skills with Subcontractors, Owners, Architects, and code authorities to achieve projects inside the scope of work, on time and within budget.
Patti Bridges, CCIM
While Patti’s current focus is Commercial Real Estate Investments, her practical knowledge in the "Commercial Construction Industry" goes back to 1974. Originally from San Diego California, she has worked in the Austin, Texas “Commercial” Construction Industry for over 24 years.
Beginning in 1997 working in the capacity of Principal for Bridges Enterprises, Inc., Patti performed various skills from Project Engineer, Project Management, Business Development, Estimating, and including all administrative operations. Then in 2000 went to work for a national general contractor.
After 4 years of functioning first as Project Engineer on various projects, then in Business Development for this contractor, Patti entered into the Commercial Real Estate Industry in 2004, and recently achieved her goal of earning the CCIM designation. She now has the experience, knowledge, and resources to better serve her Commercial Real Estate, and Construction client’s needs. What is a CCIM?
Patti brings to the table her knowledge and dedication to the development of Austin, including buildings from the design phase to the construction phase, as well as her prolific alliances that she has built-up over the years in the Commercial sector. She is eager to persist in helping her clients solve problems, and make better decisions by cultivating practical use of their resources.
Most recently in 2008 she held the position of Superintendent, and worked for a General Contractor out of Dallas on a very successful Comerica Bank project in Westlake, Texas. Bridges Enterprises, Inc. contracted as Construction Management for that project.
